Privacy notice
Effective from 13 October 2026.
Who processes your data
The controller of personal data is the organiser of CBX Club Czech Republic events (the “organiser”). Contact: cbx1000cz@gmail.com.
What data we process and why
- Registration for the CBX Euro Rally 2027. We process the data you enter in the registration form, for example your name, email, phone number, country, motorcycle details, number of people and accommodation requests, and the data needed to match your payment (payment reference). The purpose is to organise the event, communicate with participants and record payments. The legal basis is negotiating and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Pre-registration and enquiries by email. We process your email address, your name and any other details you write to us (for example the number of people, your motorcycle and accommodation requests) in order to reply and to let you know when registration opens. The website does not send any data itself: the button only opens a prepared message in your email program, and you send it yourself. The legal basis is your request for information before a possible registration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in answering them (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Running the website. The website does not use cookies or analytics tools and does not track visitors. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical data (for example your IP address) needed to deliver and secure the pages.
Who receives your data
We store registration form data and emails in Google services (Google Forms, Google Sheets, Gmail). We pass data to anyone else only if it is necessary to organise the event (for example to the accommodation provider) or if the law requires it. Processing outside the European Economic Area relies on standard contractual clauses or other safeguards under the GDPR.
How long we keep your data
We keep registration data while the event is being prepared and for up to 12 months after it ends. Accounting records are kept for the period set by law. Emails with enquiries and pre-registrations are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and to inform you about registration, and for no longer than 12 months after the event.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Send your request to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.gov.cz).
Obligation to provide data
The data in the registration form is necessary for us to process your registration. Without it you cannot register for the event. For an enquiry or a pre-registration by email, your email address and the text of your message are enough for us to reply. Any other details you give are optional.
